The windchill in Kansas City is -9. Yes. Negative. We travel to Eleuthera at least twice a year for 10-12 days each time. Our next scheduled trip is in May and we’re not sure it can get here fast enough. Did we mention that it is March…it should be sunny with daffodils popping up! Instead, we are freezing our tushies off. One of our favorite things to do on the island is…nothing. We love to pack a cooler, grab some chairs and camp out at a beautiful secluded beach for a day. A couple of cold Kaliks and the clearest water you will ever see…it is truly paradise…
